We are in need of an additional Caregiver. We need a qualified person to work either a two, three or even four day shift per week (the four day shift is a great full time jobyou get three days off each week). Our current opening is for 24 hour shifts at $240.00 per shift (this includes down time and sleep time). We have up to five clients in each home. Duties include:
Cooking meals
Assistance with the tasks of daily living
Transfer Assistance
Household chores and cleaning
Provide medication reminders
Other duties as assigned
Incontinence care
Multitasking
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a State of Alaska criminal background check (we will pay the fee for you)
Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification
Must provide proof of a negative TB test
Must be able to provide 3 Personal and 2 Professional References
Speak English
Be courteous and gracious to residents, visitors, other staff, and visiting medical personnel
Have a sense of humor! And enjoy helping wonderful people! We have terrific residents, and we like for all us to get along well and have fun while we work.
Preference will be given to experienced individuals who are current on all requirements and that can start immediately.
