We are looking for a dedicated dental assistant to join our team. We specifically need someone who is currently working as a dental assistant or has sufficient assisting experience that they could begin working with very little training. The person we are looking for would be the doctor’s primary chairside assistant and would be responsible for setting up and breaking down operatories, taking x-rays and sterilizing instruments. For the right person, we are willing to start pay @ $25/hr with opportunities for increase in the future.
We are a small practice with a friendly atmosphere, and we try to maintain a low-stress environment. We however, generally keep a full schedule so the ability to stay on task and work efficiently are essential. We are generally open Monday-Friday but keep our schedule flexible to make sure everyone is maintaining a good work-life balance.
