Our ideal candidate is someone who is either experienced in chairside dentistry or eager and quick to learn. Responsibilities:
-Assist the dentist during general chairside procedures
-Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
-Take clear and accurate clinical notes
-Perform dental radiographs (X-rays)
-Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
-Help ensure smooth patient flow and support daily operations
Requirements:
-Experience preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Willingness to learn and take direction
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
