My name is Devin Johnson and I am an orthodontist in South Anchorage. I've got an awesome team, and as we've continued to grow, we now need to add another team member. Here is a little background:
The Scheduling Coordinator's job is to create an amazing first impression/and daily experience for all patients. You are typically the first voice of the practice and an extension of myself, my goals and vision. Your duties will include taking new patient phone call, endorsing myself and the team, as well as checking patients in/out of their scheduled appointments. You will help create and maintain a fluid balanced schedule.
Now about you. I am looking for someone with an outgoing personality who can relate to people of all ages. You must have awesome verbal skills, pay attention to detail, and have great customer service skills. Some experience is preferred but not required, as I am willing to train the person with the right skills and personality.
