PART-TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITY, INSURANCE SPECIALIST
HOURS: TUESDAY AND FRIDAY 8:30AM-12:30PM

We are searching for a dedicated service-oriented individual who is energetic, enthusiastic and a quick learner with a desire to help our community become healthier.
This role will work directly with our financial department to ensure that all insurance has been verified and billed appropriately. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Verifying patient eligibility via telephone, fax, and online
Follow up regarding claim status inquires
Expectations Include:
Self-starter who embraces professionalism and learning
Knowledge of CPT and ICD- 9/10 coding
Ability to understand and interpret EOBs
Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations
Detail oriented
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required
Salary commensurate with experience.
