Job Overview: Providing excellent customer service to our patients, providers and co- workers. Working to maintain a high level of professionalism within a fast-paced medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Our goal is to make patients feel comfortable and valued while they are in our clinic.
Responsibilities:
⢠Greeting patients while checking them in and out
⢠Answering a high volume of incoming calls
⢠Insurance authorization and verification
⢠Ability to multitask
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Ensure front desk and waiting areas are tidy and presentable with all the necessary materials.
⢠Keep updated demographics on patients
⢠Take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
⢠One year of health care industry experience
⢠Professional, personable and caring
⢠Familiar and capable of navigating computer programs
⢠High School Diploma
Work Environment: This position is in a professional medical clinic. This position routinely uses computers, phones, scanner, copier and fax machine.
Position type and expected work hours: This is a full time-time position Monday â Friday 8am-5pm.
