About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining our indoor grow — from cloning to harvest. We’re lookinows how to produce top-quality flower and keep operations compliant and efficient.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience growing cannabis (indoor preferred)
Knowledge of nutrients, lighting, and pest management
Ability to manage all growth stages (clone, veg, flower, cur)
Must understand Alaska cannabis coaws
Reliable, detaioriented, and passionate about the plant
