We are looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance Worker that is dependable and understands how important it is to provide excellent service. This position is a Lead Crewmember position; responsibilities include managing a crew of up to 4 members, delegating tasks, as well as working alongside your teammates, driving work truck, logging hours on jobsites and being in communication with office personnel. Job carries over into winter as we also provide snow removal & other property management services. Must be able to pass drug test. We have a very low tolerance for excuses regarding tardiness, poor performance, and/or no shows. As a Lead you should set an example of what we expect from all other employees. Looking for personnel that want an opportunity to stay and grow with our company. Again- reliability, excellent customer service, dependability and a valid driver's license are required attributes.
