Facility Cleaning Specialist
This position is based in Anchorage but may occasionally travel in the state. Employee is required to work independently with minimum supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Performs deep cleaning to industrial areas and warehouses.
Dusts both low and high areas using ladders and lifts.
Cleans offices, public spaces, exterior areas, and additional areas as required.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, strips, extract, waxes, buff, vacuums, etc. all types of floors.
Cleans carpets
Wipes down or cleans various surfaces to include walls and ceilings.
Cleans windows.
Uses appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for all tasks.
Removes and transports trash to the appropriate disposal areas.
May perform very light facility maintenance.
May perform painting
May operate a vehicle
Other related duties may also be assigned.
