Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various residential and multifamily properties to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Order, pickup and load materials (up to 70lbs.)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in property maintenance skill
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Prior experience in residential facilities maintenance is preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
