All Seasons Construction Company is looking for a motivated Laborer.
We are looking for a capable and reliable general laborer to join our team for a summer remodel. You’ll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, load and unload construction materials, remove debris, assist team members, and perform any other general labor needed to get the job done right. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
Assist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site
Handle and transport materials (e.g. cement) and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
Use power tools and machinery when needed
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
Put up warning signs (e.g. signposts, cones) for vehicles and passersby
Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds, etc.)
Good hand-eye coordination
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules.
Good physical condition and endurance.
Location of the site is in downtown Eagle River. The remodel is set to be completed by the beginning of August.
