Job Description: Local Anchorage business Alaska Family Motorhomes is looking
to hire a professional with a strong work ethic and good technical skills. This
position changes depending on the season as we are a motorhome rental business
in the spring and summer, and transition into a Vehicle/RV sales and mechanical
maintenance business in the fall and winter.
Responsibilities (Spring/Summer)
❖ RV Delivery & Returns
❖ Basic Carpentry Repairs
❖ Basic RV & Vehicle Maintenance
❖ RV Interior Maintenance as needed
❖ Miscellaneous projects as needed
Responsibilities (Fall/Winter)
❖ Camper Van Conversions
❖ Carpentry projects based off plans
❖ Vehicle & RV Maintenance
❖ Vehicle & RV Sales as needed
Requirements:
❖ Some experience in carpentry preferred; willing to train
❖ Mechanical automotive skills preferred; willing to train
❖ Capable of working independently
❖ Ability to work effectively with others, both colleagues & customers
❖ Good technical skills
❖ Versatile & able to follow instructions and “go with the flow”
❖ Dedicated; hard worker with disciplined work ethic
