We are seeking a reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician. If you have basic experience in property maintenance, demo work, and general repairs, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential to live on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic routine property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Conduct demo work as needed for property renovations or improvements
Maintain building exteriors and common areas
Troubleshoot and address or report tenant repair requests in a timely manner
Assist with light landscaping and snow removal as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for various repair projects
Requirements:
Proven experience in handyman or maintenance work
Strong knowledge of general repair, carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical work
Ability to perform demo work safely and efficiently
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
Monthly pay based on experience (DOE)
Potential to live on-site for convenient access to work
A stable and supportive work environment
