Our client is a leading provider of ground maintenance services during the summer and snowplowing in the winter months.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial lawn maintenance and a passion for delivering quality service. This position offers competitive starting pay between $17-$25 per hour, based on commission and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
Operate equipment such as Thatcher lawnmowers, Honda lawnmowers, Stihl trimmers, blowers, and fertilizer spreaders.
Collaborate effectively with crew members to ensure efficient job completion.
Communicate professionally with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness on job sites.
Follow directions and adhere to company protocols and procedures.
Ensure reliable and timely attendance, with a start time of 7 AM.
Assist in seasonal snow removal operations during the winter months.
Position Requirements:
Familiarity with commercial lawn maintenance practices.
Experience operating lawn care equipment (Thatcher, Honda mowers, Stihl trimmers, Stihl blowers, fertilizer spreaders).
Reliable, hard-working, and able to work long days.
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license required for driving positions; ability to operate small engines is a plus but not mandatory.
