Primarily responsible for keeping Trap/Skeet Target Machines in excellent operating condition to ensure maximum service life. Troubleshoots/maintains/repairs clay target throwing machines. Will troubleshoot electrical circuits and
simple hydraulics. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure the successful completion of shooting events with minimal down time. Will create and maintain a written maintenance plan and log using manufacturers recommendations and technical manuals. Will Inventory and maintain a stock of on-hand spare parts. Must pay strong attention to detail. Must enjoy outdoors and be willing to work in all conditions; such as rain, wind, sun, snow, heat and extreme cold. Must shovel/plow snow. Must be highly competent in how to safely operate hand and power tools. Must complete assigned tasks efficiently and without direct supervision. Must have valid Drivers License. Must be legally qualified to purchase a long gun from a Federal Firearms License Holder. Must have Neat and Clean appearance that represents the park in professional manner. Must be able to lift and move items up to 50lbs. Will practice and enforce work place safety by eliminating hazards, using engineering controls, and always using Personal protective Equipment. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
