Baileys furniture is looking for a full time maintenance worker, applicant should be familiar with and willing to do snow removal during the winter months, plow trucks, small bucket loaders, shoveling and snow blowing, lawn and property maintenance, including mowing, weed whipping, light landscaping, watering of lawns and flower bed’s, during the summer months, building cleaning, painting, trash removal, sweeping floors and sidewalks, position may include some maintenance on equipment , like small engines, mowers, weed whips, checking of oil and fluids on such lawn equipment and vehicles , applicant should be able to work individually and with a partner when needed.
The applicant should have a neat and clean appearance, as they will be representing Baileys in whatever and wherever they are performing their duties, both on and off Bailey's property. Have good organizational skills to be working on a few different projects that are sometimes ongoing, mixed with the day-to-day necessary duties that will still need attention, , . positive attitude and personable skills are highly sought after for this or any position at bailey's furniture.
