We are looking for a motivated individual interested in learning about residential construction. We have a full-time position available in our closed cell spray foam installer unit. This is a position we don't expect you to have any experience, you will be trained on the process. Qualifications needed to be successful in this position are a good attitude and work ethic, willingness to learn, common sense, punctual, reliable, good listening skills, independent, nimble with reliable transportation. Being nimble is very important as you will be required to go under structures with limited space to spray under floor.
The person that is hired for this position must understand that this job is not the easiest, but it's also not the hardest once you learn the process. You will need to wear a full hazmat suit while spraying, so it can get a bit warm. All PPE will be provided. This is not a seasonal position; we are seeking someone that is interested in a long-term job. The candidate must be comfortable working alone but not afraid to ask questions in order to limit irreversible mistakes. When work is slow the candidate will have other duties as assigned.
Starting pay for this position will be $30 per hour. Mon-Fri 40+ Hours Per Week
