We are looking for a climber who is skilled in tree removal and tree trimming. Someone who is a team player, with good attitude, hard worker, good communication skills while climbing. Knows proper safety. Has experience with rigging and knots needed for work site. Able to multitask if needed with 2+ years work experience.
We are looking to fill a full time position 30-40 hours in slow months and 40-50 in busy season.
We are a small Tree Service that opened up in 2021 and business is doubling every year.
Pay- Based off experience. $300-$400 p/day
There are no taxes taken from your pay. You are responsible for you own taxes (1099).
Bonus- Anything that exceeds the daily quota will be compensated 7.5% of that days gross sales.!
Equipment - You can use your own
climbing gear or use mine. You will be responsible for all damages or loss to my climbing gear though (if it applies, which never has yet).
