We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client interviews and intakes,
Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
obtain and analyze medical records.
Assist attorneys with legal document preparation and case management.
Conduct legal research and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a paralegal.
Litigation or Personal Injury Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal software.
