Job Duties & Requirements
Graphic design skills and experience are required, however, this position also incorporates non-design tasks. Teamwork and a can-do attitude are a must. While daily duties will vary, you’ll be primarily updating menus and websites, printing/laminating materials for the restaurants, creating restaurant wayfinding/signage, and designing marketing materials. Projects may also include (but come along less frequently) designing merchandise, concert posters, and beer can labels, photographing food, and assisting the Marketing and Communications Director and/or Creative Lead with larger projects.
As an in-house art department, we execute all of the creative work that our companies need and wear many different hats. You will be working hands-on, running errands, and completing other duties as assigned. Essentially, what we do is make pretty things that can stand up to our busy environments and that add to our customers’ positive dining experience.

The Must-Haves
Full-time availability, flexible schedule as needed.
Experience across a range of artistic mediums (graphic design/illustration, writing, etc) / platforms (digital, print, packaging). Professional experience in an Agency environment is a plus.
Portfolio and resume that showcase problem solving from ideation/drafts/sketches to final execution.
Mac proficiency and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools. If you lack experience in these areas, please do not apply.
Exemplary written grammar and verbal communication skills.
Reliable transportation w/ insurance.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with autonomy, direction, collaboration, and intermittent interruption.
Ability to design with an aesthetic that matches or complements the company's brand.
Ability to work well with many different personalities.
An understanding of the restaurant industry is helpful, but not required.
Ideal but not required: Experience with our company.
Must live in the greater Anchorage area, this is not a remote work job.
Position Type
Full-time. Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, salary DOE. Some flexibility available.
