Small, local manufacturing facility seeking a Production technician for the processing of raw steel products used in final product assembly a.k.a. make stuff sharp and shiny.
Requires the operation of machinery including but not limited to use of belts grinder, rotary table grinders, two surface polishing machine. Ideal candidate will have an eye toward Cleaning, Shop safety and basic mechanical knowledge, ability to learn and attention to detail. Techniques specifically developed for our specific processes will be trained.

Strong communication skills are a must as well as a strong back. Must be able to communicate with other staff members and process material requests in a timely manner for production flow.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and Garanteed you will leave dirty every day.
Nitty Gritty: Full-time 8 hour Day shift - Monay to Friday
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour starting with room for advancement
