The E-Rate/Technology Operations Assistant supports the development of school district E-Rate applications and the acquisition of hardware, software, and other technology-related products and services. This role involves assisting in the development of annual school district E-Rate applications and coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of technology assets. This role serves as an initial point of contact for technology support through a variety of means, as well as point of contact between the E-rate and TechOps programs for specific tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in a technology environment
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work will be considered
Job Qualifications:
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Be detail oriented
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with astrong work ethic and dedication towards a job well done
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace applications such as Google Docs and Google Sheets
Ability to travel as required
Valid driver's license
Salary:
Starting at $25/hour for a 200-day contract.
