RE/MAX Dynamic Properties is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper in our accounting department.
Must possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and communicate clearly, all with a high level of accuracy. Must be dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance and able to work independently. Skills required include ten-key by touch, accurate math calculations and full competence using Microsoft Office Suite, along with the ability to learn real estate specific software.
The following are a few of the tasks which this position will be responsible for:
Process commission checks
Assist in billing and data entry
General administration duties
Position is part-time, Monday through Friday; 11 a.m. to at least 4 p.m. and possibly later depending on workload. Please submit cover letter and resume in a .pdf format.
