CSR Account Manager

We are looking for a full time help desk / account manager for our merchant services office. We help businesses with their credit card processing service, and our service representatives play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' electronic transactions service. Customer interaction is handled primarily over the phone, so excellent communication and problem solving skills are required.

The person we're looking for must also demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Responsible for assisting merchants with reconciling their processing accounts, walking them through basic fixes, helping troubleshoot basic equipment issues, etc. Must be able to assess merchants' needs and suggest or promote products or services. Must have excellent follow through on assigned tasks and projects.

Candidates should type 45 wpm accurately, be organized and task/detail oriented. Credit card processing experience is helpful but not required.

High School Diploma or GED and reliable transportation required; must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule is full time Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
