Customer Service/Scheduling Specialist

907 Electric is seeking a qualified, dependable, and motived Customer Service/Scheduling Specialist to join our team. We are a reputable business located in Eagle River, servicing the surrounding areas. We operate a small crew, and value our employees. Our top priority is to ensure our customers are satisfied with our superior work, qualified Electricians, and friendly office staff.

Candidate will assist the Operations Manager in general office duties as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide the best customer service to our customers and contractors.

- Answering phones, texts, emails and online inquiries as they come in.

- Processing payments in person and over the phone.

- Manage our field employee’s schedules and routing.

- Conduct follow-up calls with team members and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain day-to-day working knowledge of all work in the field. Sharing this knowledge with management and team members when required.

- Receipt/Expense entry and reconciliation into Quickbooks Online.

- Social media marketing.

- All other tasks/jobs as instructed by the Operations and General Managers.

Skills

- The ability to naturally build rapport with team members, customers and contractors. Can vary their communication style to suit circumstances and various personalities. Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.

- The ability to make decisions and problem solve when needed.

- The ability to stay self-motivated and take initiative is a key component to being successful in this position.

- The ability to creatively think outside of the box and independently problem solve is critical in this fast-paced industry.

- This position demands an individual that has excellent time management skills to juggle the responsibilities. Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage field schedules, routes, work with team members and our customers.

- Experienced with Quickbooks Online, Apple iPhone/iCal operations.

- Ability to quickly pick up and navigate new programs. We will be transitioning to a new job platform over the next few weeks and its imperative that the candidate can jump in and help with onboarding/training.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
