Secretary needed for local construction company.
Duties:
-Answering client calls
-Managing correspondence
-Maintaining schedules and calendars
-Document management
-Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
-Understand how to prioritize the companies needs
Qualifications:
-Clerical experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Ability to send and receive emails
-Understanding of how to prioritize and plan ahead
-Proficient in working with Microsoft Office products
-Team player
Hours of operation:
8am-5pm, M-F
This position requires you to be in office.
