Full time office manager for local construction company
Duties:
-Answer phones and transfer calls accordingly
-Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
-Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
-Provide program support including assisting with drafting proposals
-Status reports on contracts
-Assist with permitting if necessary
-Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners
Qualifications:
-2+ years' experience
-Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
-Highly motivated self-starter/team player
-Above average ability to communicate orally and in writing
-Proficient in working with Microsoft office products
-Strong organization and time management skills
Hours of operation:
8am-5pm, M-F
This position requires you to be in office.
