Has to make sure I turn in all expenses and apply them to jobs.
Has to make sure Employee time is applied to project or shop improvements, and apply as is appropriate.
Willing to use personal vehicle for light errands.
Keep entry area neat and clean, Answer phones screen all calls. Defend me from incessant inquiries.
Keep an eye on the bank balance so I know where I am at.
Co-ordinate with my Wife ( Head Admin and Boss of all )
My need is to be able to get away from all those tasks so I can focus on generating income.
Which I cannot, as my products are in the real world, and any time I am at a desk, I am not productive.
So, there are other things I need done other than office.
There is the ebay administration, shipping and packaging. Light work.
This is a workshop environment.
