Office assistant needed:
Local Insurance Office
Full time (9am-5:30pm) to start and available for weekend events once or twice per year.
Office assistant handles organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include mailings, taking payments, printing client documents, receiving guests, organizing files, lunch runs, answering incoming phone calls and more.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word. Have your own transportation with a valid license and insurance. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Responsibilities:
· Greet customers when they walk in the door
· Compose and send all letters and post cards
· Help organize and maintain office common areas
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
· Maintain supply inventory
· Creating, maintain and entering information into database
· Plan and work events
Office assistant Requirements:
· High school Diploma or Equivalent
· Ability to write clearly and help with Word and Excel documents
· Ability to work well under limited supervision
· Great communication Skills
· Valid driver’s license and insurance
