Job Title: Office Support Coordinator
Location: Anchorage

Compensation: $19-$22 DOE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Support Coordinator to join our team. This position involves various administrative, marketing and social media tasks to ensure smooth office operations and efficient communication. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and experience with Microsoft Office Suite office software, Zoom, particularly Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client care
- White glove service and hospitality
- Event support and charity event coordination
- Write receipts for incoming items such as rent checks, earnest money checks, keys, documents, applications, etc.
- Answer phones, transfer and direct calls on a multi-line system, check voicemail daily and forward as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, lobby, and training rooms, tech rooms, ensuring supplies and forms are stocked, and printers are loaded with paper.
- Create basic flyers using provided templates in Canva.
- Set up daily Zoom meetings, ensuring all equipment is functioning, handouts are prepared, and meetings run smoothly.
- Manage the kitchen area: make coffee, replenish supplies, wipe down surfaces
- Post and process outgoing mail, logging appropriately.
- Submit monthly accounting logs
- Date, sort, and distribute incoming mail accordingly.
- Light furniture moving (15-25 lb)
Support marketing department:
- Assemble marketing materials.
- Manage social media posts on Facebook and Google, as well as email blasts.
- Create holiday and event social media posts.
General Office:
- Send reminders and office-wide announcements.
- Assemble binders and materials.
- Send out daily reminders.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Zoom, Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus.
