We are a local general contractor in need of an onsite Project Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity with room for growth! We are willing to train the right person.
In this position you will be assisting our Project Managers and Superintendents with the following duties:
- Permitting
- Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Subcontractor Management
- Submittals and Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Document tracking
- Communicating with Owners, Architects, and Engineers
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years administrative experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience in construction industry preferred (not required)
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Must have MS Word/Excel/Outlook Experience
