A customer service representative that is the first line of contact and assist with our clients.This qualified individual would help to maintain order and efficiency in the office.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
-Greet walk-in customers and answer office calls
-Maintain client newsletters and office closures
-Schedule appointments for clients with staff
-Manager changes in appointments for clients with staff
-Scanning, faxing, and setup of clients projects with operations manager
-Client calls for waiting on information – all departments/ as needed
-Organizing of files
-Maintaining client pick up files
-Manage office mail
-Assisting with client Christmas gifts
-Assist with employee gifts – birthdays, awards, trivia, etc.
-Organize and maintain communal office areas
-Inventory office and building supplies
-Other duties as assigned
