The Roy Briley Real Estate Group is adding a fifth sales position.

Applicant qualities we consider essential.
1. Love to meet new people and enjoy customer service.
2. Smile on your face is evident in your voice on the phone.
3. Comfortable calling warm internet leads.
4. Excellent with detail and follow up skills.
5. Happy to learn and adapts well to change.
6. Enjoy staying connected to your clients by phone, text and e mail. If this is not you, please do not apply, our customers expect and receive a high level of connectivity 7 days a week.
As a team member you will have no cost to operate but will receive a commission split.
You will only need a lap top and a smart phone, everything else is paid for by RBRG.
We pay all your costs because we know our system works. If we select you and you follow our process you will be successful.
In some cases we offer salary plus commission.
This position is not suited for someone that wants to come and go as you want, this is a full time position with required meetings and training. You will have some flexibility in your schedule but benchmark goals must be met.
Once trained if you are not on pace for a minimum of 60,000 per year then this career is not for you. This position is full time only, expect to work 40 to 50 hours per week.
