Rent In The Valley is seeking an organized and personable unlicensed assistant to add to our growing brokerage and property management team in Wasilla. We are looking for a skilled and energetic individual with a wide range of administrative, design, and communication skills utilized to assist with the Property Management side of Rent In The Valley with various tasks. The assistant helps with marketing-related projects and social media maintenance. The assistant must be skilled in writing, editing, and design to provide the best work for the company. This position is a paid, full-time 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Duties of an unlicensed assistant will be administrative, bookkeeping, clerical, and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to:
Answer phone calls, take messages and forward calls to licensees
Schedule appointments for licensees
Create excel spreadsheets for various office tasks
Send and receive emails and phone calls pertaining to office needs
Place or remove signs from properties
File documents
Act as a courier
Perform data collection for licensees
Record and deposit monies
Applicants must be 18 or older and have a reliable vehicle, a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: DOE
Hours: 40 hours
