Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire a Retail Supervisor to assist in all aspects of our cannabis Retail Store operations.

Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Salary: Compensation based on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
· Supervision of operational aspects of Secret Garden’s Retail department, including management of staff, sales, POS system, cash handling, and inventory. The Retail Supervisor works closely with the Retail Manager to communicate inventory needs, acquire new product inventory, replenish inventory, track product demand, set pricing and specials, maintain POS System, and reconciliation of inventory and sales
· Maintaining a clean, sanitary and organized work area,
· Creating and following compliance policies and procedures,
· Input to New Product selection,
· Other duties as assigned.

· Experience working with cannabis
· Experience managing a team

· Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player
· Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking
· Strong attention to detail
· Microsoft Office and math skills
· Adaptable and able to think on your feet
Physical Ability:
· Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
· 21+ years of age
License:
· Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card (required)
· Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (required)
