Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm & Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Shifts will very throughout the week. We offer a flexible work schedule.
We are looking for a full time team member.
Job Duties include:
- Cash register operations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information and offer recommendations
- Stocking and facing shelves as well as merchandise product throughout the shift. Paying attention to detail
- Acquire knowledge of all inventory. This includes learning all products we carry as well as the location of all inventory throughout the store
- Fulfill online orders
- Gift wrapping
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Communication with fellow team members
- Multitasking
- Daily Cleaning Duties
The ideal candidate credentials are as follows:
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer applications
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Stay up to date with product knowledge
- Previous experience in retail customer service or sales preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
