To ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar & Restaurant Security Personnel.
Job Description:
As a member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff. Responsibilities include:
Monitoring entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and maintain crowd control.
Conducting routine patrols throughout the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity or behavior.
Assisting in the enforcement of house policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards.
Responding promptly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that may arise, including medical emergencies, disturbances, or altercations.
Collaborating with management and other staff members to address security concerns and implement effective solutions.
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries, concerns, or requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security or related field required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and/or patrol for extended periods.
Valid security license or willingness to obtain one.
Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday, Holidays.
7pm - 1 or 2am
