Hiring for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our office. Searching for a candidate with great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal applicant is a confident salesperson, self-motivated and is customer service oriented. Drama free work space.
Job duties will include:
Cultivating leads and selling insurance products and policies.
Provide excellent customer service to existing policy holders and new leads.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Maintain knowledge of products offered.
Essential Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent and industry related training.
Current Alaska Property/Casualty Insurance License
Excellent customer service and communications skills
Strong sales experience
Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail
Be in good standing with the AK Department of Insurance
Word, excel and outlook knowledge a plus
Will train the right person who is willing to get AK property and casualty insurance license.
