Alaska Body Aesthetics, LLC is seeking a professional, energetic and reliable employee to assist in our Medical Spa. Daily duties will require:
-Ensuring that the spa is completely organized for the scheduled day.
-Assist with greeting clients and checking in and out.
-Answering phones, scheduling and assisting clients with questions.
-Scanning and updating all client information.
-Multi-tasking to assist with all administrative needs.
-Assisting with changing the spa rooms over for new clients.
-Maintaining the cleanliness of the spa rooms, including laundry, inventory and all sanitation requirements.
-Maintaining control of all retail and operational inventories.
-Assisting with all duties related to daily operations.
-Responsible for creating content and posting to social media on a regular basis.
