We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of experienced electricians. Duties:
- Assist in installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Assist in testing electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices
- Gain hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools used in the trade
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a State of Alaska approved apprenticeship program. Please submit a resume including your Apprentice Card Number
- Previous experience or knowledge in electrical work is a plus
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of low voltage systems is advantageous

- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices
- Understanding of electrical principles and concepts
