We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expeditor/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services for commercial/residential job sites, masking jobsites for protection, and delivering material.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Cleaning:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of commercial and residential job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Masking Duties:
- Apply masking materials to protect areas/surfaces before construction activities.
Expediting:
- Assist in coordinating material pick-up/deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Communicate with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in construction, cleaning, or related fields is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
