Asphalt Maintenance/ Sealcoating/ Striping
Signature Land services is looking for someone skilled in asphalt maintenance.
Compensation: $24-$28 DOE
Employment: Full Time
Experience is required. References to be verified.
Duties include
o lot preparation
o heat lancing and crack sealing
o seal coat application (both by hand and spray methods)
o lot layout and striping.
Knowledge of cleaning and storing equipment used is a must.
Must be responsible and handle equipment in a safe and professional manner.
Must be able to work days or nights.
Must have a working cell phone.
Valid Driver’s License and DOT Med Card is required. A clean driving record necessary (5 years.)
