As an Installer at JR Heritage, you will be a crucial part of our team responsible for delivering and installing high-quality cabinetry and millwork products for our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in installation techniques, attention to detail, and craftsmanship to ensure exceptional results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation Expertise: Execute precise installation of cabinetry and millwork products at various client locations, ensuring alignment with specifications and design plans.
2. Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients during installations, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of installations by meticulously checking measurements, alignment, and finishing details, adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
4. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site installation issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cabinetry or millwork installation, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in using installation tools and equipment relevant to cabinetry and millwork.
Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to interpret design plans accurately.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing installation projects efficiently.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.
