Steel Facility looking for EXPERIENCED industrial coater. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Applicants must provide a current resume to be considered. Applicants must have previous INDUSTRIAL PAINTING/COATING experience to be considered. Starting pay will be based off previous experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces according to established procedures and specifications.
Coating Application: Applying various coatings using a variety of equipment (spray guns, booths, etc.).
Quality Control: Inspecting coatings for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards.
Maintenance: Maintaining coating equipment in a clean and safe working condition.
Safety: Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving coating issues or defects.
Process Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday
