Iso Motivated Workers 22.50-27.50/HR. (Lawncare & General Property Maintenance)
Hiring for my lawncare company, Goff's Outdoor Services
We have 2 part time positions available (with the potential for the positions to become full-time). Pay is dependent on experience, qualifications, and work ethic. Starting pay is $22.50/hour , but after the first 2 weeks if you prove yourself to be an asset you could easily be making closer to $27.50 an hour, again, depending on you. If you have your own work truck you will automatically be earning toward the upper end of the payscale after your two week training/evaluation period. You must have a license and reliable transportation to qualify, and must be legally allowed to work in the US.
I am looking for someone MOTIVATED, self-driven, who either has experience with lawncare or can easily learn. This is very physically demanding work so you must be strong and physically able to work outside for extended hours. Our normal working hours in the summer are quite short day-to-day, starting as late as 9:00 and ending sometimes as early as 1:00, sometimes as late as 5 or 6. Except winter, we typically work every day of the week except for Mondays. In winter, the hours are much longer but the schedule is based on snowfall. As of right now it's just myself and one other person, but I have plenty of more work I can start taking on as soon as I find the right small team (hopefully that includes you!) This has the potential to be quite the opportunity for a younger person with leadership skills and self determination!
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be able to pass a drug screen (weed is acceptable)
MUST have a license and reliable transportation
MUST have ZERO sexual- or theft-related criminal charges
MUST be self-driven and reliable!
MUST be able to go a few hours without scrolling on the phone
MUST have a hustle about you, I will gladly pay for hard work, I do not want to pay for feet dragging
We are in the business of year-round property maintenance, mostly as it pertains to the outdoors.
During the summer we will be MOSTLY mowing lawns, weedeating, trimming, gardening, cutting trees/brush, dup runs and some occasional handyman stuff like cleaning gutters
During the fall we will mostly be doing leaf cleanup and removal
Winter we mostly do snow shoveling and snow blowing, as well as roof clearing (which, yes, pays more)
Spring we mostly do lawn cleanups/dump runs
