Experienced Lead Carpenter Position and Carpenter Position

We are looking for an experienced, positive, hard-working Lead Carpenter or highly experienced Carpenter.
The Carpenter must be able to work in a team environment, foster a positive work atmosphere, take pride in workmanship, be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, work alone, with other company staff and with sub-contractors - From the simple remodels to the complex additions and custom construction, from start to finish.
Minimum Carpenter Standards and Requirements:
Must provide own reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Must have the tools and equipment relative and required with the profession of Carpenter
Subject to a background check and must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a front line representative of 360 Construction & Design.
Excellent working knowledge and skills:
Tools and Equipment. Safely use and operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, scaffolding and related equipment.
Rough Carpentry. Framing / Siding / Exterior trim / Decks / Proper installation of doors and windows.
Finish Carpentry. From A to Z - Setting trim from base to crown to properly setting cabinets and related trim.
Drywall proficient. From hang, tape, float and texture of smaller projects to repairs and texture matching/blending.
Painting and Finishes. Walls and ceilings to trim and doors, paints to stains.
Hard Finishes. Installations of - Tile / Luxury vinyl plank / Laminate / Engineered hardwood.
Appliance, light plumbing, light electrical and accessory fixture installation.
Quality and Consistent Customer Service.
Maintain electronic timekeeping, daily logs, e-mails and other records. Maintain receipts, cost code and submit weekly.
Lift lumber and other building materials as required while navigating a job site.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean jobsite.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or as required.
The Lead Carpenter Applicant will have the skills noted for the carpenter PLUS:
Accurately read and apply interior design / architectural plans. Understand and build to basic MOA code requirements.
Oversee and manage sub-contractors, vendors and maintain high level of quality inspection and control.
Oversee, manage and train crew(s) as needed.
Ability to coordinate and manage all aspects of the project(s) assigned. “Doing it right” the first time.
Effectively communicate with clients, staff, sub-contractors, vendors and Project Manager as a team.
Pleasant and courteous to clients. Respecting the client’s property at all times. Be accountable and responsible at all times.
Quickly and effectively problem solve, as necessary. Ability to learn, teach and ask questions.
This positions are to be a full time, permanent positions. We are ONLY looking for experienced, quality, team oriented, self-motivated people that are interested in taking care of the client and the company. No Drama. If you take care of the client and the company, the company will take care of you.
Compensation up $28.00 - $35.00+ per hour Depending on Realtime Experience. Includes one week PTO to start, 7 paid holidays, health insurance that includes dental and vision. “Truck” and mobile phone allowance provided.
