Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for long term contract.

Must have a minimum four (4) years of experience directly related to commercial building maintenance with significant experience in one of the following areas: plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, doors and locks, framing, drywall repair. Applicants will need to be open to learning new shills on the job that go beyond their past experience.
This is an Anchorage based position reporting to a midtown location daily. Primarily a 8am-5pm M-F schedule, with occasional OT and some out of town travel.
$27-32hr DOE, plus benefits including vacation, medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401k retirement plan.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.
