Local Company Seeks a Skilled Handyman
Local Business is currently looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team!
Minimum of 5 years of in-depth knowledge in the following trades: Full Renovations, Plumbing, Drywall, Tile Work, Electrical, Carpentry, Flooring, Painting, Roofing Repair, Decks/Fences +
MUST have's: Valid AK Driver's License, reliable Truck. Possess the ability to provide an accurate estimate of a wide variety scope of perspective jobs. Roofing experience a huge plus! Must have up-to-date computer skills.
Position is Part-Time to start, hours may vary and subject to change depending on volume of client requests.
Must be reliable, professional, and PUNCTUAL, clean cut/presentable. Able to talk to clients/articulate a comprehensive overview of the job as well as perform the duties outlined in a safe and timely manner. All estimates must be submitted on a daily basis complete and ready to upload for formatting and approval. Estimates may include multiple different aspects of a project, such as a remodel or new build. Understanding of current Muni Codes, as well as health and safety regulations. Must be well versed in material costs, labor (average timelines to complete projects), procurement, product availability and seasonal challenges.
