Responsibilities include general repairs, maintenance, installations, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Tasks may involve patching drywall, fixing leaks, installing fixtures, painting, and building or repairing structures, deck & fence building experience. The role also requires maintaining records, keeping a clean work environment, and potentially responding to emergency call-outs as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have proven handyman experience, knowledge of various trades like plumbing and electrical, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The ability to work independently, use tools safely, and communicate well with clients is essential.
