Minimum Standards and Requirements:
Must provide own reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Subject to a background check and maintain a clean criminal record.
Cabinet installation, millwork, framing, doors, and windows
Drywall repairs and texture matching/blending
Painting and Finishes
Walls to trim, paints to stains
Tile / luxury vinyl / laminate / engineered hardwood and installations
Appliance, light, plumbing, and accessory fixture installation
Experience in all aspects of Carpentry/Specialty from start to finish
Personal Tools
Supervise subcontractors
Maintain safe & organized job site
Experience in supervising custom residential projects and remodels preferred
Construction management degree and/or trade school a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication
Ability to receive feedback, follow through, and demonstrate initiative
Excellent Customer Service skills while representing the company
Maintain records, receipts and turn in paperwork and other documents as required to office
Utilize electronic daily logs/project management software, electronic timekeeping and other computer and smart cell phone skills as required
Communicate with customers directly and relay information to Foreman in a timely manner
Organizational Skills
Create material take-off list and order materials
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of the company
Use and safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, scaffolding and related equipment
Safely lift lumber and other building materials while navigating a job site
Follow company purchase order protocol with vendors
Knowledge
Accurately read, understand and apply a set of building plans
Understand general MOA code requirements and implement, responsible for quality control
Demonstrate understanding of how to manage the project budget including time & materials
Ability to understand and maintain the project schedule from beginning to end
General
Self-motivated, of good character and integrity, growth mindset
Require minimal supervision, be to work on time and work a full day, every day
Capacity to lead carpentry crew AND to follow the Foreman directives
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and or required

Three step interview process
Initial interview - first round of candidates will be reviewed week ending January 25
One paid workday with owner/supervisor
Three day or less waiting period to review application check reference and background.

This position is to be a FT, permanent position with a 60 day probation period.
